No. Our workouts and exercises scale to any level. CrossFit benefits the eighty-five-year-old grandmother to the morbidly obese. We are here to partner with you in your journey to achieve and maintain fitness excellence.
Many individuals have successfully used CrossFit to rehabilitate from minor injuries. Because people continue to move, work, and play in the real world regardless of injury history, we believe the best route to long-term health is to learn perfect form on functional movements, then to slowly build strength in those movements, rather than to avoid them altogether. At the same time, our instructors are always happy to work with you to scale and substitute exercises, to tailor workouts to your abilities. That said, we cannot offer you specific medical advice, and advise that you consult your physician before starting this (or any other) exercise program.

First you must complete the On Ramp Series (4 Classes)…please contact one of our Coaches for more information.... or enroll online for our weekly scheduled On Ramp Series. We run the scheduled On Ramp on the following weekly set times: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7:30pm-8:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am-12noon. If those times dont work, just let us know.
No. There are no drop-ins to the Group WOD classes unless you are an experienced CrossFitter. You must complete our On Ramp program (4 Classes) before being allowed to take our Group WOD classes.
No means no. If you are really, really fit, (which is awesome) we can scale the load and intensity in the workouts in the On Ramp program for you. We promise we can leave you lying on the floor, sore and gasping, even after an On Ramp class.

We welcome experienced CrossFiter’s from all over the world. Just check our class schedule and come in for a Group WOD class. Be sure to let your coach know your level of experience with CrossFit-style training, if you have any limitations or are still at a beginner level. Please note that it's $20 to drop in.
We'll need to assess your CrossFit abilities and whether or not you need to complete the On Ramp Program. Unless you've trained extensively at another affiliate and gone through a foundations program similar to our On Ramp to learn all the CrossFit movements thoroughly and effectively, chances are you'll be required by us to go through our On Ramp. Contact one of our coaches for more information and we will get you going.

The On Ramp series is an excellent value for $199 and includes 4, 1 hour sessions spread over 1 week.......talk with one of our coaches to enroll in the next On Ramp series.
We limit the class size to no more than 6 people. We spread out the information learned over the course of 2 weeks (4 Classes) so you can assimilate it better while allowing your body to recover properly. You are also free to pull our coaches aside after class to go over specific techniques, etc…. Included in the $199 On Ramp cost is an additional 3 weeks of unlimited Group WOD classes that begin immediately after the completion of On Ramp.
