Every RunFit 580 class will involve a lengthy warm-up, a hard-core running WOD, and a mobility/stretching/flossing session afterwards.
 
All levels of athletes are welcome with the goal of Improving your overall fitness in a CrossFit environment.
 
Beginner or Advanced runners will also  benefit from running focused stretching, drills, workouts, and experienced coaching with Ramsey Ackad.
 
Enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded athletes wanting to improve their running technique and all around fitness, as it relates to CrossFit or fitness in general.
